1.1. These Regulations on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) have been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 2, 2019, No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data,” the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Electronic Commerce” dated 29.04.2004 No. 613-II, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Informatization” dated 11.12.2003 No. 560-II, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of personal data protection.

1.2. MCHJ “TECHNOSALES” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operator’) is the operator of personal data and determines the purposes, composition, and procedure for processing the personal data of users of the platform https://shop.artelelectronics.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

1.3. The Operator's most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities is to respect the rights of individuals when processing their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy.

1.4. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator receives from visitors and users of the Platform, accessible via the website and/or mobile application.

1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must refrain from registering and using the Platform.
